Get the IP address from your IP phone and login to the IP phone configuration page from your web browser.
* Refer to below on how to get the IP address from your IP Phone ( only for few selected models)
Step 1 : Login to phone
– get the ip address from your phone as shown below
– login to the ip address from your computer using web browser
Step 2 : Setup the IP phone
– after login to IP phone configuration page, insert details extracted from your hosted PBX admin centre ( you should have received the login from us )
– key in the details according to screen shot below ( terms used might be various depends on your phone model )
** Preferred codec : G729
( instruction on managing code setting as below )

Setting up Fanvil IP phone :
To manage code setting
Go to Line setting > Codec Settings > disable all other codecs by selecting the codecs and click on the left arrow to move it to the "Disabled Codecs" zone. You may prioritize G729 by moving it up to top of the "Enabled Codecs" zone using the up and down arrow.
Setting up Grandstream IP phone :
** Alternate SIP server if acloud.myvoip.com.my is not working :
- acloud.myvoip.com.my:9060
- acloud.myvoip.com.my:5060
Or you may use IP address ( 101.78.23.27 ) if the URL is not working.
How to get IP address from your IP Phone
** Make sure the IP phones and your computers are connected to the same network.
Step 1 : Login to phone web-GUI
Step 2 : Setup the IP phone
Step 3 : Start calling!
