- logon to your Grandstream IP phone.
Click on Phonebook > Contact as shown below


- Click on Add Contact
Key in your company name
** IVR is mainly for virtual office to identify the forwarded call from a virtual office's tenant so the receptionist can identity the company name for their tenant ( if you are not a virtual office service provider, please follow instruction on upcoming screen shot )


- Click on Add Contact
Key in the contact person's details. The telephone number in the contact is suppose to be the hosted PBX's extension number. It is usually consists of 3 to 4 digits
