Below is the tutorial to make an attn. call transfer.


Step 1 :
Launch your webphone and make a call ( call in or out )


After establishing a call, click on the pause button.
** Icon below shows you are on an active call with this person right now.

 

Step 2 :
Dial the extension number ( within the same vpbx account ) or the *telephone number ( outside of the vpbx account ) you would like to transfer the call to.
* with call charges to transfer call outside of your vpbx account
** there will be a call on hold icon showing if you are putting a call on hold

 

OR
You may choose to call from "CONTATCS" by clicking on the contact icon on the left-hand side menu


Step 3 :
After the person you would like to transfer the call picks up the call, you may speak to him/her to confirm is they want to accept the call. If they do, press the transfer icon to transfer the call. 


Note :

To easily identify the status for ongoing calls, refer to the icons stated below.
 call on hold


active call ( means you are speaking to this person right now )


If the person you would like to transfer the call is not ready to pick up the call, you may end the call with him/her by clicking on the drop key, and click on unhold key to get back to the initial caller
