Step 1 : Get your user name and password to login to webphone.


- you may get your user name and password from your admin system. Please click HERE for the tutorial to login to the admin system.
- after logging in to admin system, click "Intern" > click on your extension number > Under "Account", click on "Web". You will find your user name here.
- uncheck "Password" and key in your preferred password and click "save" button to save your password.


Step 2 : Login to www.webphone.keeptalk.net / https://acloud.myvoip.com.my:8449/ with your extension's user name and password.


- supported browser : Google Chrome




Step 3 : Allow access for microphone and camera

There will be a pop up notification to ask for microphone's permission to be used. Click "Allow".

If your browser didn't prompt up with the microphone setting or you would like to configure the setting manually, you may click on the lock icon in the address bar and follow by "Site settings"

Under "Security and Privacy" setting for your browser, change the setting to "Allow" for both Microphone and Sound.



Below is the screen you should be getting after logging in to the webphone.
Click on the "3 dots" icon on top right corner to view setting.



If the status in settings is "Supported" and "Granted", you may start to make calls now.



If you would like to log out from the browser, click on the "3 dots" icon and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click "Logout" and follow by "YES"
