Configuration :
After installing Zoiper app, follow the guidelines below to configure your account or extension.
Step 1 :
Key in your user name. The user name is your extension number followed by URL : acloud.myvoip.com.my
Example : If your extension number is 210, then the user name will be 210@acloud.myvoip.com.my
Step 2 :
Under "hostname or provider", fill in acloud.myvoip.com.my and click "Next".
Step 3 :
- Make sure the check box for "My provider requires an authentication username or outbound proxy" is checked.
- Key in your authentication username.
** you may get your authentication name from your Admin Center. Step by step to get your authentication name as per listed below.
Authentication name from Admin Center :
- Go to Intern, click on your extension number > Settings > Account. You will find your authentication name as per highlighted in the screenshot below.
Step 4 :
Select SIP UDP and clock finish.
