The illustration below shows how to loop or connect multiple devices ( IP phones and computers) using one single internet source.
There are 2 ports available at the back of an IP phone. One is internet input and another one is output. You may plug in the internet cable into the "input" port" and use the "output" port to loop to another device. Be it IP phone or computer.

Example 1 :
Connect internet > IP phone > computer
Example 2 :
Connect internet > IP phone > IP phone > computer
