Setting up a call forwarding feature


Always 
Forward permanently to :

•  Number - another extension number within the same VPBX account, or an external number ( example : another landline number or mobile number )

•  VoiceMail - forward the call to voice mail

•  Announcement - forward the call to a greeting from the voice portal

** can only select either one option




Busy
Forward when the extension is engaged

•  Number - another extension number within the same VPBX account, or an external number ( example : another landline number or mobile number )

•  VoiceMail - forward the call to voice mail

•  Announcement - forward the call to a greeting from the voice portal

** can only select either one option




No Response
Forward when no one picks up the call for a period of time ( example : 10 seconds )

•  Number - another extension number within the same VPBX account, or an external number ( example : another landline number or mobile number )

•  VoiceMail - forward the call to voice mail

•  Announcement - forward the call to a greeting from the voice portal

No Available
Forward when the extension is out of connectivity 

•  Number - another extension number within the same VPBX account, or an external number ( example : another landline number or mobile number )
