Step 1 : Download and install the app
Step 2 : Open the app and change the setting before logging in to your account
• Press Ctrl+Shift+D for Window
• Press Commend+Shift+D for Apple
Insert this URL into on upcoming screen : https://acloud.myvoip.com.my:8449 and click "SAVE"
Step 3 : key in your user name and password to login
• You may get your user name and password from admin system. Please click HERE for the tutorial to login to the admin system and HERE for the tutorial to get your user name and password.
Step 4 : Your app is ready to use ifthe dial pad page is up.
Click on the "3 dots" icon and ensure all setting are supported and granted. Additional settings required if any of the settings are not granted.
If you would like to log out from the app, click on the "3 dots" icon and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click "Logout" and follow by "YES"
