3 ways audio conference calls can be created by calling to another extension.
** This feature is currently not available in softphone and webphone.
During the conversation, the organizer or participant can add 1 more member (extension) to join in. (audio only)
Step 1 : After call established > press "Add call" on your mobile app.
Step 2 : Dial the extension number of the member ( within the same vpbx account ) to be joining the conference call or the *telephone number( outside of the vpbx account ) you would like to add.
* with call charges to add additional call outside of your vpbx account
Step 3 : After the person you intend to add call picks up your call, press "Join". Or press "End call" if he/she is not agree
If the third person has been added to the call, you will see the indication of the conference call of 3 as shown below.
And you may split the call to go back to the initial 2 party's call.
Scenario 1 :
A call B. After B answered the call, A call C
Steps :
A call B and get connected > A press ‘add call’ to call C and get connected > DONE !
Scenario 2 :
A call B. After B answered the call, B call C
