OVERVIEW CALL RECORDING CR CONFIGURATION


1. The basic configurations for making call recording possible must start on level system!
• The audio file transfer scripts must be prepared by the customer (see section Audio File Transfer) and installed by an arenet system engineer.
• If the user shall be enabled to start and stop call recording during a connection, then *-code must prepared. 


2. The configurations for call recording on level OrgUnit must be done:
• Recording direction, beep tone, audio file transfer script to use 

• The configurations must be done with the rights of an Administrator or Operator.
• The inheritance of OrgUnit attributes can be considered and may help to reduce configuration efforts.

CONFIGURATION OF THE CALL RECORDING DTMF CODE


The configuration of the DTMF code for the manual activation of the call recording by the user must be defined on anSwitch system level


•  A call recording start and stop *-code can be defined system wide e.g.:
- Start recording: *0000

- Start recording: *0000

•  An Aarenet system engineer must configure desired DTMF
