Configuration :


After download and installing Zoiper softphone, follow the guidelines below to configure your account or extension.

Step 1 :
Key in your user name. The user name is your extension number followed by URL : acloud.myvoip.com.my
Example : If your extension number is 210, then the user name will be 210@acloud.myvoip.com.my 


** you may get your authentication name from your Admin Center. Step by step to get your authentication name and password as per listed below. 


- Go to Intern, click on your extension number > Settings > Account. You will find your authentication name and password as per highlighted in the screenshot below.




Step 2 :
Under "hostname or provider", fill in acloud.myvoip.com.my and click "Next".



Step 3 :
- Make sure the check box for "Authentication and Outbound proxy" is checked.
** you may get your authentication name from your Admin Center. Step by step to get your authentication name as per listed below.


- Go to Intern, click on your extension number > Settings > Account. You will find your authentication name and password as per highlighted in the screenshot below.




Step 4 :
Select "SIP UDP" and click next OR click "Skip" if the system is not able to detect your connection automatically.




Step 5 :
Fill in your account name again and select SIP and click "Create Account"




Step 6 :
Make sure all the information is correct and click on "Register".

The "Green tick" icon will show up if the configuration done correctly and you may start to make calls.
