Configuration :
After downloading and installing MicroSIP softphone, follow the guidelines below to configure your account or extension.
Step 1 :
Open MicroSIP softphone and click on the drop-down button on the top right of the application.
Step 2 :
Click on "Add Account"
Step 3 :
Fill up the details by getting the info from admin center.
( Refer HERE for using the admin center )
Info from admin center ( left ) | MicroSIP's setting ( Right )
• Name | Account Name
• Domain | SIP Server : acloud.myvoip.com.my
• Domain | Domain : acloud.myvoip.com.my
• Authenticating Name | Login
• Password | Password
Click save after keying in all necessary info.
You may start calling using MicroSIP after the configuration is done.
Simply dial the number you would like to call and click on the call button. To transfer a call to another extension, just click on the transfer button as shown below during a call and dial the extension number you would like to transfer to.
If there is any issue with calling, please check the setting especially for "enabled codecs".
To update the setting, click on the drop-down button in the top right corner > Settings and follow the setting as shown below.
