3 ways conference call is an ad hock conference call without the need for up-front conference room setup. The disadvantage is, you can only get total of 3 participants in a call.
Step 1 : Dial a number to establish a call ( first call )
** It can be an internal number ( example : extension 4105 ) or an external number ( example : 012 339 xxxx )
Step 2 : When you are engaged on a call, press the conference button as shown in picture below.
Step 3 : Dial the number you want the recipient to join the conference call
** It can be an internal number ( example : extension 4105 ) or an external number ( example : 012 339 xxxx )
Step 4 : When the second call is connected, press the ConCall button to start as shown below to initiate the con call.
Step 5 : When you see the status with "Conference Call" on your screen, it means you have successfully established a con call.
