Blind transfer is transferring a call to another user seeking permission from the recipient. 

The recipient has to either pick up the call or reject the call.

Unlike attended transfer, the blind transfer doesn't have the ability to can get permission from the recipient before you transfer a call.

Step 1 : Establish a call by dialing an internal number ( example : extension 4105 ) or external number ( example : 012383xxxx ). Then press the call transfer button as shown in the picture below.


Step 2 : Dial the number you would like to transfer the call to ( example : extension 4016 )


Step 3 : Press the blind transfer button as shown in the picture below.
